Engines, Transmissions, Rear Axles and Transfer Cases. Engines are sold as long blocks only. Additional items are left on them for convenience(water pumps, fuel pumps, carburetors, distributors, computers, etc.), but they are not covered under the warranty. The warranty on the above listed items is a 30 day warranty that starts the day you receive the item. If you choose to pick up your item the warranty starts on the day that you pick it up. The warranty does not cover ANY LABOR CHARGES. All engines are warranteed against cracked cylinder blocks or heads, bad cam or crankshaft, excessive smoking, and to be in good running order unless otherwise stated. The used engine you have purchased must have new oil and filter installed upon installation. you must provide for a new tune up upon installation of motor (points, plugs, plug wires, etc.). Transmissions are warranteed to be in good working order against slippage or shifting failures. Transmissions must have new seals and new oil installed upon installation into vehicle. Improper installation WILL void warranty. WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT RECEIPT.
Most parts we sell through Motors come with a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
To return an item you must contact us within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to BJR Auto Recycling, 722 MAPLES HOLLOW RD, SEVIERVILLE, TN 37864 along with the RMA number.

Freight Shipping MUST BE to a business address with a loading facility. Residential or business without a loading facility WILL HAVE an additional charge applied.
