Guarantee & Returns
Oak Leaf Auto Salvage LLC warranties any part we sell to be free of any mechanical defects, cracks or broken pieces (unless listed as a core, for rebuild/parts, or stated otherwise) for 60 days from receiving the part. If the part fails under normal operating conditions Oak Leaf Auto Salvage LLC will exchange with a similar condition part, or if another part is not available, we will refund the purchase price and shipping.
No warranty on labor under any circumstances.
Part returns due to purchaser error such as failure to read the full listing title/description, failure to view all photos, purchasing the incorrect part, incorrect diagnosis, failure to correctly match your part with the item for sale, Failure to have current/correct shipping address updated (no P.O. Boxes), etc. will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping and only the original item amount (not shipping cost) will be refunded minus the restocking fee. Even if an item has \"free shipping\", please keep in mind that we are still paying for the shipping cost so any returns for the above reasons will not be refunded what our actual shipping cost was.
To return an item for a refund, you must contact us using the eBay return feature within 60 days of receiving the part.
Shipping
We ship the majority of our items with UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted. No APO, FPO or PO Boxes will be accepted as valid shipping addresses.
All larger items such as engines, transmissions, axle assemblies, etc..MUST ship by freight carrier to a Commercial address or freight terminal only. Commercial address must be able to unload a freight truck, i.e. dock, forklift, etc…or lift gate rate charges will have to be added. If you would like to change the shipping address please contact us before you make payment. For a Commercial address please provide us with the legally registered business name, address and contact phone number and if lift gate service is required or not. If you do not have a commercial address available we can ship to the nearest freight terminal that services both areas and you can pick up your order there. Please keep in mind that we will get it as close as we can but nearest location may be an hour or more away.

Local Pick up at our facilities is available with prior coordination. Please email or call us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. Item must be paid for in full before order will be processed.
Smaller items will be shipped within 1 business day of purchase, except for holidays. Larger items may take up to 2 business days to ship.
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. Expedited shipping is available upon request, but the buyer must coordinate prior to purchase and is responsible for the additional cost of expedited shipping.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us immediately through the Seller Info \"Ask a Question\" section of the listing within 24 hrs for instructions. All freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery. The Delivery driver will have paper work for you to sign, DO NOT sign if there is any damage to the item as a result of shipping. If you sign, we will not be able to process a damage claim for the item. Signing the freight paper work means you assume liability for any shipping damage. We will not take any returns for damaged freight if you sign the freight paper work on an item damaged from shipping.

We will leave the bulbs in tail lights, headlights, fog lights and other vehicle lights if they're available, but bulbs are not covered by our warranty and may not be included or intact.
