USPS doesn’t provide a real time tracking number like UPS. It however provides a USPS shipping initiation and receipt confirmation number. This number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

Exchange and Return
We offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty for this item. We allow buyers to return the unused item for a REFUND of item price (Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable). If Item is damaged or not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a exchange.
Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, sale number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, we will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
If the item is not found defective or damaged, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Items returned without our authorization will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable.

Installation- Some of our parts are direct from EUROPE or ASIA which may need modification to install. Most of the items do not have installation instructions. We recommend professional installation if you have any questions about the product.

They are not like shoes that you can buy on and just put on your feet. Installation skill and experience varies so it is recommended the item is installed professionally (beware some shops are worse than others). We are not responsible if you or your shop cannot install the items properly. Do research on your car specific forums or find a shop that is specialized in aftermarket installs and knows your specific model. Those are the best places to have it installed. We wish all the tuner parts we sell were as simple as putting Shoes on your feet but they are not. Keep in mind, we do not make the products. We do our job which is to get you the best price possible and ship it out fast.
Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.
If customer receives damaged or wrong item(s), please email us immediately. We will help you step by step for the exchange process. It may be necessary for us to look at the item you received in order to process the return, so digital pictures may be required for most of the cases.
