Part Fitment & Returns- The part pictured is the part for the application and is not a generic representation.
- Unless specifically stated, all parts are quality aftermarket replacements. If OEM part numbers are used or displayed they are shown simply asa means to identify a correct interchange and not an inference the parts are actually OEM.
- Locks and lock accesories are reproductions and therefore the keys may not match the original but will be as pictured.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the parts are a particular fit and function for their respective vehicle. Should you have any questions regarding the fit or application please don’t hesitate to email us and we will verify before your purchase. WE WANT TO GET IT RIGHT FOR YOU!
- Because manufacturers and suppliers may change, parts may vary slightly in color or finish from those pictured.
- Used/Salvage items are sold as-is, no returns.
- New parts may be returned for exchange if found defective. Returns must be sent with shipping prepaid. All returns must be within 7 days.
- Shipping expenses are not refundable.
- Occasionally, manufacturers and part vendors make catalog or application errors; we can only offer an apology in advance. If an item is purchased and does not fit the application, please let us know, we will work to correct the error and correct our listings so that it does not happen again.
- We accept PayPal for payment on all of ourlistings.
- Payment for all items is expected within 3 days. After 7 days we notify eBay of non-payment.
- We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays, see below.
- Our method of shipping is the US Postal Service, therefore we have no problems shipping to PO Boxes.
- If another method of shipping is necessary, please contact us, UPS or FedEx is available. Charges for these shippers will be different than the amount posted in the item listing.
- All of our listings are set to offer shipping discounts for the purchase of multiple items. Simply purchase all of the items and pay once when you purchase all of the items needed.
- Please be sure that your eBay \"Ship To\" address is correct or has been updated. The address you give us in your order is theaddress that is carried over to our shipment software, and the address we will ship your purchase to. We cannot be responsible for outdated or incorrect addresses sent with your order.
- The United States Postal Service recognizes several Federal holidays. The USPS does not pick-up or deliver packages on these days. The list of USPS holidayscan be found here.
- We want to help. If there is a problem with any purchase form us please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work hard to get it right for you. We are human and therefore subject to occasional mistakes, if we make one we will make it right and quickly. Please let us help before slamming with negative feedback.

- All payments must be via PayPal only.
- All ship to addresses must be in ENGLISH our software cannot decipher any other language. The package will be deemed undeliverable. These orders will be canceled and refunded.
- Any International shipments to PO Boxes REQUIRE a phone number. No packages can be shipped without this information. This is required by the USPS not us, but we must adhere.
- Shipments must be made to a CONFIRMED addresses only. This requirement protects us from credit card fraud and allows us to continue shipping outside the United States.
- International shipments may take up to 2 business days to ship. Also, please understand your package may be delayed up to45 days leaving the U.S. and arriving into your home country, as the package passes through at least two customs agencies prior to getting to its final destination.
- Be sure that the address you have entered as your \"Ship To\" with eBay is correct, we simply import this information into our shipping software. We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses sent with your order.
- Customers who choose First Class International mail must understand that no tracking information is available for this mail class. The \"tracking number\" is simply a label number, and does NOT provide ANY tracking or confirmation information.
- WE WILL NOT update specific tracking information to third party websites. This is done automatically to eBay and PayPal upon shipment. You can find the tracking information in your \"My eBay\" and copy the numbers to your shipper\'s website.
- To those customers using third party shipment companies please be advised you can request your item number be put on the package but we cannot guarantee we will receive the message prior to preparing the shipment or sending it out.
