By using Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), the G-Chrome® process is an environmentally friendly method of producing a bright wheel
finish that is more durable than traditional chrome
The manufacturing process uses recyclable powder coatings for the base and clear topcoat layers. Sandwiched in-between is a simple metal alloy which is applied under vacuum. The process does not consume or emit any harmful materials to our air, water or soil and is fully compliant with the RoHS directive. Because there is no need to control pollutants, the PVD coating process also consumes less raw energy, thus further reducing the environmental footprint.
Unlike the layered metal system of traditional immersion plating, PVD coatings are very light. On average, the PVD finish can save up to 50% on coating weight alone. This benefit is quickly realized in overall fuel efficiency for your car.

This is How our "Chrome Wheel Exchange Program" Works:
1. You must have the exact same wheels (not previously plated) to send back to us in the same shipping boxes.
2. You must ship us your non-plated wheels in exchange for our PVD chrome wheels. We must receive your wheels with 14 days from the day you receive our chrome wheels.
3. Your wheels cannot be previously chrome plated, have any major curb damage, or be out of round. We may accept minor curb damage if told in advance – contact us at (810) 360-0298
4. We require a refundable deposit when shipping our wheels first. We receive your wheels and refund your deposit. Generally, we refund 100% of your deposit within 3 business days of receiving your wheels.
Your payment is not considered complete until you pay the price of the Chrome finish wheels (the listing price) plus a REFUNDABLE security deposit
