Shipping Policy:
- Buyers are welcomed to pick up their item at our warehouse location.
- We ship via Canada Post.For most of the international small packet, thedefault shipping method you choose is without tracking and insurance service. Please contact us to confirm or request thoseservices. Otherwise we will not be responsible for any damages or losses.
Shipping Damage:
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately as damage claim can only be submitted to the shipping carrier within 7 days of delivery.
- Please send us an email with a photo of the damaged item and describe the damage. We will give you a full refund as soon as the claim is approved and paid, which might take up to about four weeks.
- You must keep all packing materials and package contents until picked up by the carrier for inspection. Do not return the items to us without prior authorization as the claim might be rejected by the carrier.
Return Policy:
- Refund will be in terms of money back.
- Standard returns can be processed within 30 days of purchase.
- Item(s) being returned must be in brand new condition and unopened with the original seal and label included.
- Buyers are fully responsible for the shipping cost including duty and custom fees on all returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
