All returned items must be packaged appropriately and in new condition ready to re-sell. Shipping cost (where applicable) can not be refunded. Returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Please contact us at (888)441-8808 to request the RGA number. We request that you have the RGA number clearly written on the package, otherwise the return cannot be processed. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns.If you order the wrong part, exchanges can be made on unused parts after we receive the returned product.
