I received my item but it's damaged, what should I do?
Your order automatically comes with FREE insurance. If you receive a damaged frame please let us know right away. You will have to ship the damage item back to us with the tracking number and once the tracking number is provided to us we will go ahead ship the replacement to you at no extra charge.
