You are bidding on 1, USED working BMW "Bosch" Ignition Control Unit ECU with Part Marking - Motronic 0 261 200 179; Made in Germany. This is avery clean unit, looks great. It came from a 1988 BMW E24 635CSi. A faulty ECU is one of the most common no start or random stalling problems withthese cars. These can also cause issues with emission control & cold or hot start problems. Most BMW ECU's are located in the passenger side, rearof the engine bay They are easy to access, all you need is a 10MM wrench and a phillips driver. It is wise to keep one as a spare since these arehigh dollars at the dealership and hard to find cheap anywhere. Keep one as a spare at a fraction of what the dealership charges!!
