If the package you have received is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. Please DO NOT sign for packages that had obviously been tampered with.
PLEASE TEST FIT ALL WHEELS PRIOR TO MOUNTING TIRES!
Please contact us within 14 Calander Days for any return or exchange inquiries. After this period, sales are consider as FINAL.
Wheel Cheap™will only accept returns on wheels that have NOT been mounted, meaning wheels must be in NEW, ready for sale, condition.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) must be obtained prior to returning the product. Packages will not be accepted without this RMA number.
Buyer is responsible for safe return of the product including, but not limited to, proper packaging, return shipping charges and insurances. Refunds will only be issued after the product is returned and inspected.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied on all returns.
Shipping cost is NOT refundable. Listings with \"Free Shipping\", customer will be refunded the amount minus incurred shipping cost to the customer.
All returned products that are not in new condition will be discarded.
