Delivery:
- We make every effort to ensure that you, as our customer, are satisfied with our services.
- If delivery is delayed by an act of God or force nature (circumstances considered reasonably beyond the control of Tires-Plus), Tires-Plus shall not be held liable for late delivery.
- We reserve the title of property to all products delivered, until all outstanding payments and all demands concerning the order have been settled.
- Our tire delivery prices within the United States include packaging and shipping costs per shipment; such costs will not be claimed on return of unwanted goods. However, a distinction will be made between those goods that are returned because the goods are no longer wanted, and those that are returned due to being faulty.
Return Policy:
- Unwanted goods may be returned if you contact us within 7 business days of receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged. There will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from total amount of original payment. Also shipping charges that Tires-Plus paid to ship the product to the customer will also be deducted from original payment before refund is issued.
- After receipt of the goods at our warehouse and careful inspection of the goods, we will issue a refund based on your method of payment. Tires-Plus will not be able to refund the shipping costs to and from our warehouses. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and packaging related to their order. When returning goods, the customer must use a form of shipping that comes with a tracking number.
- Any goods that are returned to our warehouse that have sustained damage will not be accepted.
Incorrect goods:
- Our listing include descriptions and part numbers that are pursuant to the manufacturer.
- If you receive goods that are different from what you ordered, you must contact Tires-Plus within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. The goods must not have been mounted, used, or damaged.
Damaged goods:
- If your goods are damaged during shipping, you must contact Tires-Plus immediately upon of receipt of delivery to initiate the claim process. You must submit pictures to verify the damage.
- All of our product shipments are insured through shipping company.
Warranty, Liability:
- Tires and wheels sold by Tires-Plus are warranted by the manufacturer to the extent of the manufacturer warranty. Please remember that not all tires come with a manufacturer\'s warranty. Details of warranties can be found on the manufacturers\' websites.
- Damage claims against Tires-Plus will be refuted unless Tires-Plus management, employees or legal representatives are liable for deliberate acts of gross negligence. We will not accept liability for damages due to negligence in so far this exclusion of liability is held to be reasonable under the given circumstances. The customer\'s statutory rights for non-delivery are not affected by this clause.
- Tires returned for defects are subject only to the warranty and warranty process of the manufacturer of that tire.
- In so far as we are insured against damage claims, we may pass on any resulting insurance claim to the client.
- All rights reserved. Text, images, sound, graphics, animations and videos, as well as layout of our web site are covered by copyright and other trademarks. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, change or offer access to a third party to the content of these web sites for commercial purposes.
