It isthe intention of FTG Motorsports to sell only quality products. Weoffer a 2-year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials,not extending to normal wear and tear or mis-use. You must provide uswith a proof ofpurchase, defect or the result of wear ormis-use. Some products have less than 1-year warranty, inquire beforeordering.
FORALL TURBO RELATED WARRANTIES- WE REQUIRE NEW OIL LINES TO BEINSTALLED. WE REQUIRE PROPER PRIMING OF THE TURBO TO BE DOCUMENTEDWITH VIDEO. THIS MEANS YOU MUST VERIFY OIL GOING INTO THE TURBO AFTERCRANKING ENGINE BUT BEFORE START UP. THIS IS VERIFIED BY CRACKING THEOIL FEED LINE TO ENSURE OIL IS BEING FED INTO THE TURBO. THIS MUST BEDOCUMENTED WITH VIDEO OR PICTURES FOR WARRANTY. IN ADDITION TO THISYOU MUST CHANGE YOUR ENGINE OIL AND REPLACE THE FILTER TO ENSURE THATNO CONTAMINATION HAS OCCURED IN THE OIL. THIS IS SUBJECT BUT NOTLIMITED TO ALL WARRANTY RELATED ISSUES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
FTGis not responsible for shipping costs associated with warrantyclaims, the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs toand from FTG , even in the event that a part is warrantied or deemeddefective and replaced. Warranty claims in most cases requireparts to be returned to FTG to be inspected, once we determinethe cause of the defect is from manufacturing and not from wear ormis-use, the warranty process can begin. In rare cases we canconfirm the warranty claim via picture or video, especially if thefailure is a known, documented issue.
FTGMotorsports will only replace or repair warranty items, no refundswill be given. FTG Motorsports or the product manufacturer willinspect or test all products prior to a warranty claim adjustment.This process may take up to 6 weeks. All products we offer arewarranted to be free from defects prior to installation. Anymodification or improper use voids this warranty. This warranty doesnot cover installation.FTGMotorsports shall be the final arbitrator in interpreting the extentand remedy of warranty.
