Payment
All online payments are processed via PayPal's secure payment processing server. Upon receiving cleared payment, LSTG will fill and ship the order to the customer.
Shipping
Most items sold by LSTG are shipped vis UPS, or in some cases, United States Postal Service. Shipping is available to the United States only. Shipping costs will be calculated according to customer location and package weight/dimensions. All orders will ship within one business day and should arrive between 3-5 days (for UPS Ground services). Shipments of high value will require a signature confirmation. By signing upon receipt of the package(s), the customer confirms that all items are included and successfully received by the purchaser.
Returns
LSTG only accepts returns on items that are new in the box and unopened. Products used, opened, or attempted to be used are not accepted to be returned. All returns must be boxed up appropriately, meaning that products are to be secured inside an outer package. Returns are accepted no more than 30 days after the customer receives the shipment. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return products to LSTG. LSTG is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen during transit to the LSTG warehouse. Therefore, it is recommended that customers returning products purchase shipping insurance and delivery confirmation. The amount refunded to the buyer will be the Initial transaction amount less the initial shipping costs. Free shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded in the event that the item was initially shipped for free. Items not eligible for return include, but are not limited to, special orders, electrical items, replacement components, discontinued items, and tire chains. When choosing to return an item, first contact LSTG to receive a RMA number. LSTG will then issue an RMA and further instruct the customer on the return procedure. All returns are subject to refusal by LSTG. If LSTG deems returned products un salable, the product may be shipped back to the customer.
Sales Tax
All sales shipped to Texas locations are subject to Texas sales tax. (8.25% in most areas).
Warranty
All products sold by LSTG are sold "as is". Many manufacturers do hold warranties. To ensure that a product comes with a warranty, contact the manufacturer directly before purchasing a product from LSTG. LSTG is not responsible for any warranties on all products sold. LSTG will assist the customer in directing them the appropriate manufacturer for warranty purposes.
