Shipping Terms Shipping

We ship via:

USPS, UPS

We process all orders in 24-48hrs from time of purchase. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. We offer USPS and UPS shipping options for most items. Please select the desired shipping option at checkout. Please include your phone number with your order so the courier can contact you if needed. All shipping charges are calculated by weight and location.

For International Buyers: The shipping charge is based off the actual weight, size, and your location. The buyer is responsible for all brokerage fees or duty taxes. Octane Lighting is not responsible for any additional charges that may be required upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more questions regarding this. All orders must provide a phone number in case the courier must contact your for customs or delivery.

Store Policies Policies

If your item is damaged in shipping we will likely require you to send a photo of the damaged product to us or return the item for replacement.

If you encounter any issues with your merchandise you must call and inform us within 30 days of the delivery date.

After 30 days from the date of delivery, all sales are final.

Returns and/or exchanges will only be allowed if we are contacted within 30 days fo the delivery date.

You are responsible for all shipping charges and/or price differences when returning or exchanging an item.

If returning or exchanging products, all merchandise must be in NEW condition with the original packaging, materials, and instructions.

Merchandise returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to you without exchange.

Any package being returned to us for ANY reason MUST have an RMA number on it. Packages that are received without RMA numbers will be refused, and sent back to you. RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting us directly through our customer support. RMA numbers are only valid for 15 days from the date issue.

If you need to return a holiday gift, you must contact us before January 1st. Holiday gift returns or exchanges are only eligible for orders placed on November 14 through December 25. All returns or exchanges must be in BRAND NEW condition and in the ORIGINAL packaging.

If you received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within 14 days and we will send you a return postage label. Once the merchandise is received back at our location we will ship out the correct merchandise. All shipping mistakes, incorrect products, or quantities will be shipped out via ground. Shipping can be upgraded at your expense.

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable, or an incomplete address, you are responsible for all reshipment costs. If you do not wish to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued less the cost of all shipping. For International customers, the refund will be less all shipping charges and incurred brokerage fees.

If you "refuse" a package from our company, you are responsible for any and all charges that are incurred for the shipping. Any refunds issued for "refused" packages will be less any and all shipping charges (original and return shipping charges). International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as all incurred brokerage fees. If you would like to have your order reshipped, you must pay for all shipping charges again along with any return postage costs.

How To Process A Return:

Returns must be processed with 30 days of purchase. Returns process is simple.

To process a return:

  • Go to your purchase history.
  • Find the item you purchased. To the right of the item there's a drop down menu with a "return this item" option.
  • Follow steps to print a return label from your printer. Package securely and Seal up the package and tape the label to the package and give the package to the shipping company.

If there is any defect in the product upon delivery, Octane Lighting is to be notified by the purchaser within 24 hours otherwise the product will be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition. Warranty on all brand new products will be the manufacturer's warranty and at the manufacturers discretion.

The warranty does not apply:

  • In respect of any consumables or other consumables in respect of the product or any part of the product.
  • Where the purchaser is in breach of any of our terms and conditions.
  • Where any fault of the product has been caused by misuse, neglect, accident or abnormal conditions of operation or use contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations or operating instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that:

  • Are incomplete or missing parts; or
  • Are not returned in their original packaging,
  • Product cannot be identified by product serial number,
  • Show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging,
  • Do not include a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label,
  • Have an expired Return Authorization Number,
  • Purchaser fails to show proof of original purchase.

1. What is feedback?

Feedback is your reputation on eBay. Each time you buy and sell successfully your trading partner can leave you feedback with a comment on how you conducted yourself during the transaction.
