Four of the five clips are in place and unbroken. The fifth clip was repaired or strengthened with epoxy by a previous owner (see close up photo provided). The retaining wire is in place and the cap still snaps on as intended. The other clips are still firmly in place and the steel retaining wire is present. Definitely not a new or show quality item, but it will fill the hole in your wheel until you can find a nicer one! Very hard to find! Purchase price is for the EXACT cap pictured.
