We are committed to sending your parts out within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays (All orders placed before 3:30pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:30pm EST will be shipped on next business day). The approximate shipping time is 3-7 business days.
We will provide the UPS tracking number after your order is processed and will advise the approximate arrival date to your door. Autofirst7-24 offers free shipping for physical addresses in 48 states of USA excluding Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, P.O. Box. We currently do not offer Express services.Notice to Customer in Canada** Free Canada Post or UPS ground shipping to most Canadian cities and areas. · All parts come with 12 months warranty or even 24 months warranty from the date of shipping.
· We will replace the defective parts, provided that they are in stock within the warranty period posted with the listing and the buyer returns the original item at his/her own shipping cost. The replacement continues to carry the remaining warranty period but does not extend beyond the original warranty period.
· For warranty replacement items and only for warranty replacement items, we will refund the purchase price if the replacement is not available, or if the buyer prefers a refund and sends the original item back at his/her own cost.
· If parts are returned for a reason other than warranty, it is subject to 15% re-stocking fee.
