Awesome Optical Fiber with LEDs and attached remote
Optical fiber connection to the two LEDs work great! I used it on the outside of a backpack with a small (and old) battery pack. Turns out this draws very little power, so some of the "smart" battery packs shut off if you try and use them thinking that nothing is plugged in. I used my old 5V .8A battery pack with 2600mAh (probably not actually at full capacity because it is old) to run the lights for many, many hours, not at their full brightness (they can be Very Bright.)
