One side muffler (passenger side) was not welded to correctly mount to vehicle. It was off by 1/2 inch and would not clear properly. Also, is very noticeable when the drivers side was installed and fitted properly, they were uneven. Contacted the supplier and all they said was to return at my expense. Fair, in my opinion, would be to send out another (passenger side only) muffler assembly for me to return the defective one! But this was not offered. Very disappointed.

We gave specific instructions on how to install, the exhaust will separate from the brackets once the strap is tightened. Also, we explained that the mufflers are designed to touch the brackets, it will not cause a problem, in fact be more stable. With proper adjustments, the exhaust could be installed, but the shop was not willing to follow our instructions. We did not want to send out replacements as the part was not defective. We have many other satisfied customers with this exhaust.
