This product arrived on time; packed in a heavy box over the top of factory box witch had very good internal packing, even Fed Ex thrashers would not stand a chance to wreck or break. 2010 Crown Vic headlights installed easily according to instructions, fit ok, function when tested. Have not had them out on the road yet, am anxious to see how they preform. Quality looks good for aftermarket, time will tell. Happy, thanks.

Head lights arrived with a fixing tab broken in spite of packaging was good to protect items inside, evidence shown that box was dropped by carrier, these things sometimes happen. I didn't want to ship them back to seller so I proposed to reimburse some money to glue them and keep them instead of return them, seller reimbursed me for glue. I'm happy with the resolution of this issue, item is good quality and damage of items was not fault of seller. Great communication, seller recommended A+++.
