This is not that easy to install at home unless you have a press, you may be able to beat them in, but you run the risk of damaging them. I would say professional installation required because you have to locate the bushing in the arm (depth and clocking) the ride quality is improved after installation

It Didn't fit my honda civic
It took me around 5 hours till i made the first one fit. I had to grind down aournd .1 thousands of an inch for it to be pressed in, i even bought the tool for it. Anyways i had to modify in order for it to fit.
