I needed an exhaust manifold replacement for my 2003 Ford Focus. Ebay matched the part but it absolutely cannot fit inside a Focus...it is MUCH larger part. I think it only fits in an Escape. I had to send it back. Still... the part was shiny and high quality. It came with gaskets and bolts. The return process was smooth. When I finally located a 'stock' manifold elsewhere, it cost me $124, was made of dull metal, had a small dent, and came without gasket/bolts.

This transaction is the worst experience I’ve had to endure. I received the product damaged right out of the box. When requested a replacement, just trying to get a hold of someone was difficult. When someone finally reaches out to me and I send the package over I get no notice of the item ever being received. So I message the seller wanting to know where my replacements are. Not only did the seller not send replacements but deducted a total of 20% from original price. Untrustworthy & Dishonest.
