My package showed up with a tear in the box. The water pump box and gasket were there, but the actual pump was not. This is completely a carrier problem being rough with packages not the seller. I reached out to Mizumo about this and the customer service is fantastic! They sent out a new pump the following business day. I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend Mizumo for any of your automotive needs!
