Product arrived late. The package had been opened and protective plastic tips were all pulled off the sensors inside box and never put back on. Contacted seller of situation, they were very fair offering to refund my account if I sent them back. I kept them, just installed the four of them, so far so good, so no refund needed. Pump was as Pictured. Not in original box, no gasket but, looked new and unused. Like I said, "as pictured". I guess this is why the same pump is usually for sale for twice as much money. Packed well. Box was beat up but, no fault of the seller. The pump works as it should. Shipping could be faster, as compared to Amazon. With all that being said, I would buy from this seller again.
