The customer opened a return request, was provided with a label, and was refunded for exactly USD $151 which is the exact price they paid for when they ordered their part. This feedback also demonstrates that eBay is incapable of honoring their own policies in allowing such indisputably & blatantly false statements to be left, with evidence provided by the customer's own behavior, which was anything but civilized.
