    Good product.

    Quarter inch terminals to fit standard spade connectors. Each terminal clearly marked. SImple grub screw to attach or remove the knob. It has a flat on the shaft to prevent spinning. Note that it rotates to change positions. It does not pull out from the dash like many older cars.

    A quality product but mounting stem could be improved.

    Switch seems to be good quality and does the job. I would prefer that the threaded stem for mounting the switch to be approximately 1/2" longer so as to allow more in/out adjustment. This would allow the switch to fit more older OEM dash locations.
