So! Let’s start this off! First off, I pulled mine apart to bullet proof it, so I have no experience with the warranty, but my distributor lasted about 650 miles before the optical sensor took a dump. This is with any path of a vacuum leak, water leak, or oil leak, to enter, being blocked with sealant. The threads on my fasteners for everything were coated with blue loctite with the appropriate torque spec from GM applied to them. Just go 4x or 24x folks! Save yourself the headache! Just do it!
