Chips were shipped unprotected and two of the three had badly damaged pins. Instead of trying to fix the issue the seller just blocked me, refunded and said dont leave neutral or negative feedback. The problem with this is the time and effort is wasted and you're left with a damaged item. Seller never responded to a couple of emails. The seller always replies to feedback by saying "Thanks We try to be Very Honest in our Description of Items We Have For Sale and Pack Real Good" Not the case here.

Refunded immediately upon notification of a problem. What more are we to do ?? This customer's rant was totally uncalled for and very rude. Thank goodness we blocked the customer from buying more or how many more negative reviews would we have gotten from him Geez.

This seller sent IC chips without any protection at all. NONE ! Two of three 40 pin chips were unuseable do to their neglect. I didn't think much of it and was going to give them a second chance. I then found out they blocked me for no reason other than their screw up. They didnt reply to any messages at all, they damage an order due to thier bad practices yet the buyer is the bad guy. They insult the buyer and then ask for a feedback revision. If a retailer acted this way they would be bankrupt
