    Bent on arrival

    The long wiper arrived bent at the lower part of the arm. I straightened it the best I could but it does streak when wiping. Too bad because they appear to be a good quality item.

    Good product, terrible instructions

    Good product. Took 30 minutes and a YouTube video to figure out how to install. The picture instructions are retarded and it’s very unclear how to install them. Once done though, works fine.
