    Great alternative to factory navigation

    This unit is surprisingly well built. Was nearly an exact fit for my 2008 Tahoe, as I did have to cut a small place out behind where the radio mounts so the gps antenna connection would clear. The only complaints I have is that the chime retention module sounds horrible, almost as if someone recorded the tones/chime with a cheap recorder and the module just plays it back when needed. The other complaint I have is that every time you turn the vehicle off and then back on it goes straight to the home screen instead of the screen it was on last. I also wish there was a way to modify the screen layout or a way to change the skin in the navigation app. Other then those small problems, the unit seems to be very well built and worth the price.     Did not recommend it because it is a near fit not a direct fit. The location of the GPS antenna requires cut cutting of the dash behind the unit. The unit does not maintain accurate time.
