Firstly i would like to say Thankyou to this Seller for greatest means of communication ( Which Ebay Inc. failed to leave in the Rating Detail options in this case ) Seller responded straight away to all (60k's out of my way didn't get delivered), on opening the packet i notice a pile affect (pits) in the surface taking away the surface area of contact, with this i can't leave positive feedback, refund given with Seller looking into making improvements will purchase again once this is done.
