    The tools work great 👍

    The tools work great. The provided injector cups looked fine but I don’t fully trust the o-ring kit provided... never the less, I still used the whole kit. I’ll see how long it lasts like this, and if it fails, at least I have the tools to fix it now.

    What Garbage!

    I had a diesel mechanic install this kit. He is very familiar with the 7.3L Ford diesel. I have followed his work through the whole process of installing this kit. I am a certified Aircraft Mechanic, Powerplant Operator and Chemical Engineer. I have often worked with o-rings in industry. The diesel mechanic from what I can tell did a very nice job. During the process of replacing the cups and O-rings on my vehicle one of the injectors was found to be bad and was replaced. After the work was completed the truck ran nice for a very short time but I realized it started using oil. After 100 miles on the new o-rings, the vehicle was consuming more oil than diesel fuel per mile. Here are pictures of the O-rings you sold me after about 100 miles of use. The red/orange O-ring started eroding away ...

    Not inspected at all.

    Yes, I received this product late and when I opened it all of the cups for my injectors are split right down the middle of the side can’t use any of them all the O-rings and everything to rebuild. The injectors were packaged and good, but all the cups that I needed to replace Garbage so rather than send them all back I’m writing this review because I’ve got four months in the waiting without a vehicle due to parts and product like this.

    Installation went without a "hitch--not so with removal. Removal require user modification!

    In order to make the removal tool work, we had to add a 1/4 inch thick X 2 inch diameter spacer under the top nut and washer. This "welded ring" cost us $2.30 at ACE Hardware and without it the removal tool would not retract the old cups/sleeves. Without it, the nut and large washer bottomed out and locked up on the tap before removal even began! The installation tool worked fine as designed..

    Waist of money.

    This kit had a tool that had to be modified to function in order to pull the old injector cups out. It didn’t have enough throw on the puller. Then the replacement O-rings for the injectors are junk. Two weeks after doing the job I had to take it all back apart and replace all the injector O-rings with OEM parts because the off name brand product this kit had disintegrated under the pressure from the injector HPOP. Trust me, don’t waist your money on this complete kit, buy one with OEM replacement parts in it, the difference in cost is more than made up for with the aggravation and time you will save yourself.
