Ordered 4 new rims for my Silverado. 3 rims came in on time, the 4th arrived the next day in a different box. When I opened the box it was obviously damaged from dropping on a hard surface and the box was from the carrier, not vendor. Emailed OE Wheels they asked for pix, sent them right away. I thank them for quick response and replacement. Now have 4 very good rims. Would recommend this fine company who care about there customers.
