The seller accepted an offer to sell me a set of rims, then canceled because they “have decided to keep them as spare”. This is against eBay’s terms and conditions and is breaking a legally binding contract, so I would strongly advise against buying from a seller who not only won’t keep their word, but is also willing to break eBay’s terms and the law.
