Got them today. Shipping and description was just fine. They barely fit a 16" rim, but they do fit. They are a tad too big, I broke 2 tabs installing them as you can't put them on as you would normal caps, you have to put them on perfectly flat and even all at once, not work them around. With that said they were cheap and will serve me will for a year or so. For the price they are just fine and I would buy again if I just needed something to cover the rims with something shiny.
