Good communications, Fast delivery with tracking, The product looks quality. The item seems a little smaller than the stock flex pipe but came complete with hardware and the seals as stated on the sales page and the provided fit feature gave me faith in the item. I haven't had it installed as yet but have faith it will be a successful replacement at 1/3 of the price from the dealer based on the sellers offered warranty which makes me believe they have pride in their products.
