PICTURE of the product in their listing for sale is not the actual product I received. I requested a prepaid return label as I was sent the wrong product so Smartliner's in the wrong. Smartliner indicated in purchase history I would receive a prepaid label, that didn't happen! Contacted Smartliner again got the runaround told I could buy a $15.00 fedex label upon request that they don't provide a prepaid label, along with asking for information that's not pertinent to the issue.
