From email:

Some cars have been around too long to be under a single listing,
like Corvettes and Mustangs. Since there is no way for a browser
to sort them, I think it would be a good idea to sub-categorized
them. Doing so by year slots would not be such a bad idea, i.e.
1960-1980, 1981-1995, 1995-current...or something along these lines.

Thanks for the suggestion. We're going to have some new browse options available soon and I will bring this up.

Have you tried the advanced search option located here:

http://www.dragtimes.com/search.php

You can select the make, then model, then year of the cars you're looking for and it will generate a custom list for you. You can also specify to only list stock cars, or cars that run a minimum ET or MPH.

Let me know how this works for you...

vettes are not so bad. . .its not really the year that annoys me the most, it is trying to find the trim level.
Try finding the SVT Cobra's out of the thousands of Mustangs.

I agree, finding the trim level can be difficult.... when they are so unique, we add them as another model, like sheby mustang gt500, or cars from the SRT8, CTS-V group.... the real issue of breaking the cars down to the next level of trim is that there are so just so many levels...

maybe a browse function that would allow you to group by trim level (thinking of itune's system right now).
