Time not possible with listed modifications

2006 Dodge Dakota R/T 1/4 mile trap speeds 0-60 - DragTimes.com

These trucks run mid 16 second 1/4 miles stock. The modifications listed - a tune, 70mm TB, and exhaust work - may knock a second off the 1/4 mile time, but not 3 full seconds. The only 2005+ Dakotas that I know of running 13s employ some type of forced induction.
