Watch this 10.5 Outlaw Supra lay down a record setting 5.97 @ 240.97 mph (1/4-mile) from one of the most unlikely and beautiful backdrops on Earth. Car Owner Ebrahim Kanoo (one of Bahrain’s leaders in the automotive aftermarket industry and reformed street racer) was instrumental in founding the Bahrain Grand Prix, a state-of-the-art multi-use racing facility that hosted the country’s first ever drag racing event in 2004. He teams with just as unlikely a partner in driver Gary White from New Market, Alabama and continues to push the envelope in import horsepower.

The Supra is a Titan Motorsports chassis with a 3.0-liter Toyota 2jz engine and Precision 98 turbocharger. Horsepower is estimated at 2,400. A five-speed Liberty transmission handles the shifting duties and engine management is addressed via a Motec unit, fine tuned by ShaneT.
