Nissan Drone Does 0 to 60 mph in 1.3-Seconds 01Today Nissan introduces us to their new high-performance drone. Its sole purpose is to track and film the 2017 Nissan GT-R during high-speed maneuvers but today it will race against the GT-R. This impressive drone is built by Tornado XBlades Racing and piloted by James Bowles (2015 British National Drone Racing Champ).

The race will take place on the 1/2-mile track at Silverstone (U.K.). The GT-R top speed is an electronically controlled 195 mph. It should leave the drone in the dust (with its top speed of just 114 mph) but curves and hills must be taken into account. This is one really fast-paced contest, between space-age machines, with some tremendous camera angles.
