These are two seriously elite supercars and they are lining up head-to-head on a closed airstrip for a one-mile race with a rolling start. Both cars begin rather timidly and proceed gently to 60 mph – then all hell breaks loose! The Lamborghini leaps out in front of the Porsche and scampers down the track at a break-neck pace. Around 140 mph the 918 overtakes the Lambo and leaves him in his wake.

As you probably know, the Huracan is Lamborghini’s newest creation. It features all-wheel drive, a 602hp V10 engine, and a price tag of $240k, or about $4,000 a month. The Porsche 918 Spyder, on the other hand, will cost you around a million dollars. It uses a combination of a V8 engine and electric motors to churn out 887hp and can get from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.2-seconds! You have to see (and hear) this clip.
