Lamborghini Houston put up some pictures of their Giallo Maggio (AKA Screaming Yellow) Lamborghini Aventador LP720-4 50th Anniversary that’s now available for immediate purchase. While the MSRP on the sticker says $572,715, it says call for pricing which probably means they are looking to get quite a bit more for this limited 200 production run Aventador.

We had some time to take a close look at the all new McLaren P1 over at The Collection in Coral Gables, FL. McLaren’s latest Hyper Car is powered by a 3.8L V8 Twin turbo and an electric motor for total power of 903 horsepower and McLaren states it will run 9.8 @ 152 MPH in the 1/4 mile. We came across these pictures of a 2013 McLaren MP4-12C Spider Volcano Yellow with some very interesting black striping. Looks like a company car of some sort with some logos and bar codes on the back.

We had some time with a McLaren MP4-12C in volcano orange and a Ford GT in red with white stripes. We hope to race them heads up soon and it should be a close one when we do. This McLaren ran 10.3 @ 134.95 MPH and the Ford GT ran 10.6 @ 133 MPH and both have a top speed of well over 200 MPH. Below the gallery are some videos of the two at the track as well.

We passed by The Collection in Coral Gables to take a look their stripped down McLaren MP4-12C they had on display. Seeing the bare car really makes you appreciate the amazing engineering that went into this super car. The Carbon MonoCell shown weights only 175 pounds and the rest appears to be lightweight aluminum. We took some close up pictures of the powertrain including the turbochargers, wastegates, catalytic converters, half shafts and transmission. Take a look and enjoy.
