Building the 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Time Lapse Video

The new 2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 seems to be just around the corner from hitting the streets. This time-lapse video shows a few ZR1s on the production line being built at a GM plant. Powered by GM’s new LS9 motor, a Supercharged 6.2L V8, and pricing out at just over $100k, the new ZR1 will give just about any super car in the world a serious run for the money. With over 620 horsepower, we expect some very impressive times at the drag strip from this car. Expect to see experienced drivers dipping well into the 10’s at over 135 MPH.
