900HP EVO Battles 1000HP GT-R on the StreetThis classic battle between coupe and sedan plays out on the streets. It is not, however, your average everyday stop light to stop light struggle. This closely contested street race is between a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX sedan and a Nissan GT-R coupe. As impressive as these two cars would be in factory trim, they are made even more intriguing with a high level of modification.

The Evo features a Ronnie Crawford built engine with an FP Super 94 turbocharger, dialed in to 50 psi. It is running on E85 fuel. It also has a Drenth sequential gear box and a set of HKS 4.11:1 final drive gears. The GT-R is also running on E85 fuel and has a SIR engine and SIR Stage 3.5 turbochargers with a Boost Logic intake manifold, stock exhaust manifolds, and 2000cc fuel injectors. Fasten your safety belts for this one!
