2013-SRT-Viper-vs-2012-Porsche-911-Turbo S-Street-RacingHere is a good heads up roll race with a 2013 SRT Viper against a 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo S.   While it would seem like the Viper has the advantage with it’s 640HP V10 and 3,330 pound weight vs the 911 Turbo’s 530HP flat 6 and 3,500 pound weight, the 911 Turbo’s PDK transmission makes up the difference.

Of course from a stop the outcome would be quite different since the Porsche 911 Turbo’s all wheel drive system coupled with launch control allows for 2.8 second 0-60 times which would put the 911 Turbo 4-5 cars ahead from the start.

    So what was under the hood of the yellow Porsche? Looked like he passed both cars like they were standing still and I don’t think it sounded like the Viper lifted yet.
