Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV on the Dyno, AWD and RWD

Here are some dyno graphs and videos of a Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV that was strapped down to the dyno to test what kind of power it’s putting down at the wheels in both AWD and RWD configurations. In 4th gear and completely stock form it put down 585 horsepower and 432 ft-lbs of torque at all 4 wheels. They subsequently removed the driveshaft and front differential that powers the front wheels and ran another dyno test and the car put down 602 horsepower and 440 ft-lbs of torque using just the rear wheels. Video: Aventador LP700 vs Gallardo Superleggera Twin Turbo

Here is some video footage of a stock 700 horsepower Lamborghini Aventador LP700 going up against a Gallardo Superleggera Heffner Twin Turbo on the low boost setting making around 1150 horsepower (1000 whp). The Aventador is clearly outmatched in both weight and power as the video shows one fast car getting trounced by a really fast car. Mercedes-Benz SLR RENNtech runs 9.7 @ 140 MPH to be the quickest and fastest modern Mercedes in the world

A RENNtech modified Mercedes-Benz SLR ran an amazing 9.76 @ 140.8 MPH at Palm Beach International Raceway last night capturing the records for being the quickest and fastest modern Mercedes in the world. This SLR was coming off the line super hard on Hoosier slicks with a 1.42 60′ time.
