turbo mustangWatch as this turbocharged Mustang gradually turns up the pressure, netting quarter-mile runs in the upper eight-second range at 160+ mph. The owner shows off a full roll cage, Coyote V8 (cubic inches undisclosed), and a Precision 82mm turbocharger, while claiming that the car has clocked a best time of 8.15 at 170 mph while running 21-pounds of boost. A trunk mounted battery, fuel cell, parachute mount, monster drag radials, and an air to water intercooler are among the laundry list of high-performance goodies that have been skillfully added to this ‘Stang.

Godzilla (an affectionate name for the Nissan GT-R), King Kong, or Ultra-Man had better beware if they line up in the bleach-box beside this 1500-horsepower monster. This skillfully configured drag car drove the sixty miles to this event in Oklahoma, then laid down these incredible passes. This is truly amateur drag racing at its best.
