Original 2.3L block bored 0.060 over with ford ranger rods and crank to become a 2.5L. The 14:1:1 comp. with this huge cam really makes for an attention getter on the street. This thing is louder with an exhaust, than my 1988 5.0 w/out an exhaust. I love pulling up to 5.0's and blowing there doors off!!!! HAHA Has gone 10.3's at 129 mph with nitrous (see other chart) with no sigh of problems yet!
