Your running street tires?

I have a 2011 Mustang GT automatic and have drag-raced many times at KCIR and I was there that same day. There is no way you can get below a 12.3 on stock Pirellis on the rear with those mods. Otherwise, Ford would have used them on the Boss 302.

Michael. The car has factory tires on it and was running low 12s. Went 12.08 and 12.16 in the headwind. Search on YouTube kcir 2011 mustang for the video. I'll post the link tonight, I'm posting on my iPhone right now.

So stock tires on rear, no launch control system, no Nitrous, no Cold Air Intake...just an X-Pipe and tune of some sort. What type of X-Pipe and whose tune?

Michael- Here is a link to a post on a forum. Shows pictures of my timeslips 12.08 and 12.16 that day. Stock 245/45/19 perelli tires http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=73780

I found a video of your car on YouTube. It says that you had an X-Pipe, Cold Air intake and tune. I did a pair of 12.5s with just a tune and axelbacks on factory Pirellis. I can believe your times with a CAI as noted on the YouTube video but you don't note it here.

That's a sweet time with those mods and gears. Which tune are you running?

(Bryan )
It was a stock bama tune with a few emails back and forth trying to get the 60' worked on. Now has 3:73 rear axle and on regular sumitommo tires went 7.8 at 95 on a 2.0 sixty foot off idle. Adding the gears gained a few mph in the 1/8th, no 1/4 mile track local
