1962 (?) Drag Racing in Great Bend, KS
This is from 8mm movie film I shot at the drag races in Great Bend, KS, in the summer of 1963 or 1964. If I'm not mistaken, Don Garlits makes a run by himself early in the film. I thought Art Arfons was there with his jet-powered "Green Monster," but the writing on the car says "Walt Arfons."
